Payment options

Glamcroft accepts a wide range of payment methods so you can check out in the way that works best for you. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach or are stored by Glamcroft.

When Your Payment Is Taken

Your order is not confirmed or processed until payment has been successfully authorized. You will receive an order confirmation by email once this step is complete. If authorization fails, no charge is made and the order is not placed.

Payment Security

All transactions on glamcroft.com are transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Card numbers, CVV codes, and other sensitive details pass directly between your browser and the payment processor. Glamcroft does not receive or retain this information.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 3 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been packed. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our standard return policy. For full details, see our Return Policy.

Refunds to Your Payment Method

Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider. There is no restocking fee. For more information, visit our Return Policy page.
