These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Glamcroft website and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using glamcroft.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order or create an account on this site. By using Glamcroft, you represent that you meet these requirements. The site is intended for shoppers located in the United States and all transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update that information promptly if it changes. Glamcroft is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account. Please notify us immediately at info@glamcroft.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Product and Pricing Accuracy

Glamcroft makes reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies — including pricing errors — at any time before an order is fulfilled. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Product colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation by email. Glamcroft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where fraud is suspected.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. For further details, see our Payment Options page.

You may cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed for dispatch. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@glamcroft.com or by phone at +1 870 840 2620.

6. Shipping

Orders placed before 17:00 America/New_York time begin processing the same business day. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Free shipping applies to every order with no minimum spend required.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us before returning anything. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A traceable shipping method is required.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Exchanges are not offered. To receive a different item, return the original and place a new order.
  • If you receive a defective item, contact us with photographic evidence. A free replacement will be arranged.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of LA Retail Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from LA Retail Group LLC.

9. Prohibited Use

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable US law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LA Retail Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
